In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (ZVPot – Consumer Protection Act), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply in the cases listed below.

❌ Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• if the product has been washed,

• if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of use,

• if the product is customized or made-to-order (e.g. printed logo or design),

• if the customer simply changes their mind, unless the product is unused and in its original condition.

✅ Returns are only accepted in the case of a defect, such as:

• the product is damaged (e.g. torn, frayed),

• the logo or print significantly differs from what was presented on the website,

• the product contains a manufacturing defect.

📦 Return Procedure:

1. State the reason for the return or refund, including clear photos and your order number.

2. Wait for our response – we usually reply within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

3. Do not return the product before receiving written confirmation that your claim has been approved.

4. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed return instructions.

5. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the error is on our side.
